Privacy Policy

Our Principles

When we look after the precious photos of you, your children, and your family, our most important commitment is to process all images and data only on your device, and never send them to any external server or cloud.

• The App does not communicate over the internet.
• We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or location.
• We do not embed any third-party SDKs such as advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or crash reporting services.
• No account registration is required. There is no login function.

Information We Use

The information the App handles on your device only is listed below. None of it is sent externally.

• Images in your photo library: limited to the images you select to turn into puzzles. The App does not access photos you have not selected.
• App settings: display language (Japanese / English), onboarding completion status, and similar preferences.
• Puzzle progress: temporary game data such as the currently selected piece count and tile placement.

We do not use any information beyond the above (name, address, phone number, email address, location, device ID, and so on).

Photos & Images

Photos you choose are processed entirely within the device on which the App is installed. We never transmit or store image data on any external server or third-party cloud service.

• Images are loaded from your device's photo library and split into pieces in the device's memory.
• Because the App does not communicate over the internet, there is no pathway through which images could leak externally.
• When you uninstall the App, all related data is removed from your device.
• We never view or use images captured or created through the App.

Storage of App Settings

Settings such as display language and first-launch state are stored in your device's standard secure storage (UserDefaults on iOS). This information cannot be accessed by other apps and is not sent externally. If you reset your device or delete the App, the settings are deleted at the same time.

Photo Library Permission

To turn your photos into puzzles, the App asks for permission to access your photo library. You can change this permission at any time from your device's Settings app.

• If you revoke permission, you will no longer be able to select new photos, but puzzles already on screen can still be played.
• The scope of access is limited to the photos you explicitly choose. The App does not automatically read your entire library.

Disclosure to Third Parties

The App does not share your information with any third party.

• We do not include any ad networks, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), or social media plugins, and we do not collect behavioral data.
• Because we collect no personal information, there is nothing to sell, share, or transfer to third parties.
• We may respond within the necessary scope if disclosure is required by law.

Children's Privacy

The App is designed for children roughly ages 3 to 9, and the safety and privacy of children are our highest priority.

• The App contains no in-app purchases or advertising, and no links to external services.
• We do not collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent (in line with the intent of the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)).
• We comply with the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information and handle personal data with proper care during collection, management, and disposal.
• Our goal is to provide an environment that parents can confidently hand to their children.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy in response to changes in law or App features. The updated policy is posted on this page, and for significant changes we will notify you within the App or on the website. Continuing to use the App after an update is considered acceptance of the updated policy.
