01 Are my photos stored in the cloud?

No. The photos you choose and the puzzles you create are saved and processed entirely on your device. We never upload your images to any server or cloud. Delete the app and the related data goes with it.

02 Are there in-app purchases or ads?

Neither. After downloading, every feature is yours to use at no extra cost — safe to hand directly to your child.

03 What ages is it for?

We designed it for roughly ages 3 to 9. The 4-piece "easy" mode is a great first puzzle experience for younger kids.

04 How many difficulty levels are there?

Five levels: 4, 9, 16, 25, and 36 pieces. Start with 4 pieces for the youngest players and grow into 36 pieces as kids gain confidence.

05 Does it work offline?

Yes. Every feature works without an internet connection. No traffic ever leaves the device, so it's perfect for road trips and travel.

06 Does it support languages other than English?

Yes — Japanese and English. You can switch any time from the app's settings. It's handy for bilingual families and families living abroad.

07 What OS and devices are supported?

Currently iOS (iPhone and iPad). We recommend iPad: the larger screen makes pieces easier for small hands to move. iPhone works too. An Android version is on our roadmap. Check the App Store listing for detailed version requirements.
